Pinz Bowling reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these Terms. 


Pinz Bowling reviews Governmental advice at all times regarding Covid-19 and adheres to the current guidelines.

Customers and staff safety are our number one priority and we have hygiene standards within our centres. 

To ensure your visit is a safe and pleasant one between sessions, high touch points are cleaned. Such as tables, chairs, soft play area, bowling balls, and door handles. Anyone that has symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19) or has been in contact with someone that has tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is not permitted on the premises.


We require full payment for advanced bookings so that we can secure you booking.

A booking will only be classed as confirmed once a confirmation email has been sent from Pinz Bowling.

All guests are responsible for checking they have provided the correct information at the point of booking.

Pinz Bowling are not responsible for bookings that are made and confirmed via the website where by the guest has provided incorrect information or made an error with their booking and you must let us know, as soon as possible, if there are any mistakes in your booking confirmation. 

Payment can be made online using credit/debit cards through PaymentSense, alternatively by phone. 

Card payments are made through a secure server. Pinz Bowling does not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party.

Payment will be taken at the time of booking or ordering.

Refunds and cancellations cannot be made to online bookings. Bookings can be rescheduled if reasonable notice is given. 

Latecomers may not be permitted and no refunds will be offered in these circumstances.

There is a £10 deposit to book a table which is non-refundable.

Peak hours start at 5.30pm on Friday until Sunday and school holidays. 

All adults and children are required to have a seat booked at one of our tables in order for us to manage bookings within the current regulations. 

Products offered are subject to availability and an alternative option may be offered.

Alcohol purchases made online will be validated when you check-in and proof of age will be required. Suitable forms of proof are a valid drivers license, provisional driving licence or passport.

Purchases made by, or for under age drinkers will not be refunded.

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. When ordering and making a payment you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

Challenge 25 applies and you may be asked for ID on collection.

We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice. Merchandise prices and specifications are also subject to change without notice.
